Well Women Yoga aims to help stabilize hormonal levels and create a new foundation for emotional stability besides physical benefits including improved blood circulation, postural alignment. muscle tone and balance. Practices are easy to follow for women of all ages, from beginners to the most experienced yoga practitioners. All classes include relaxation and cultivate calm, balanced energy and vitality, detoxify the body and promote a sense of inner peace. Within each class we will be exploring weekly our deep connection to our Yoni Shakti (our feminine power), and tapping into this source of power by acknowledging where we are right now and where we want to go. Recognising the energy of where you are in your cycle, whether you are pregnant, post-natal, peri or post-menopausal and tailoring the class accordingly. This is a nurturing and nourishing class for all women and also welcome to anyone who identifies as female.
