Deep Rest Yoga and Meditation class
Slow down and rest every Thursday with the beautiful practice of restorative yoga. Using bolsters, blocks and blankets, we settle into postures that are fully held, allowing the body to reach deep states of stillness and well-being. When the body feels cared for and the mind can let go, we unlock our potential to restore and renew.
Each session will start with meditation/pranayama to allow the mind to settle, and include just a few postures to really allow the body to settle into its natural state of being.
