Candle Light Yoga
A deeply nourishing Yin and Restorative practice by candle light.
This class is a chance to slow down and connect with a sense of calmness and acceptance. An ideal way to boost your immune system and calm the nervous system, this class is a perfect way to prepare you for a restful and rejuvenating nights sleep.
Yin focuses on releasing & letting go via the deep musculature of the body & connective tissues, aiding physical, energetic, mental & emotional flexibility.
Restorative poses will be supported by lots of props and encourages rest in the body and a focus on your breath.
Sarah has studied a wide range of yoga styles for the last 16 years. She began her yoga journey as a teenager, and hasn’t looked back since! After discovering the unlimited benefits of yoga, Sarah wanted to help others by bringing the wisdom and powerful healing of yoga through teaching others what she has learnt. She trained and qualified as a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher in Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga, and went on to teach yoga around the world; Thailand, Brazil, London, and now in Brighton. Sarah is a qualified yoga teacher with five teacher training qualifications, and is qualified to teach meditation and yoga Nidra. Sarah is fully qualified to teach pregnancy yoga and is studying to complete her advance yoga teaching diploma.
