For years Steph found solace in yoga and meditation. Initially she practiced for her own development and understanding, but when she started holding classes, found she absolutely loved it! Her main focus and passion is in using yoga to help bring people towards a quieter and calmer mind. Steph is fascinated by the system of the Chakras, the practice of pranayama, mudra, and the joy of restorative yoga. A class with her tends to incorporate these aspects, as she aims to guide people towards stillness, rest and a clearer mind.
500hrs TTC at School of Santhi with Swami Santhiprasad.
Trained in restorative yoga with Emma Cole, yin yoga with Norman Blair, and trained in teaching meditation with Swami Saradananda.
