Maku has started learning complementary therapies in 2011 and since then has been passionated about body, mind and Breath work. She infuses her knowledge in each of her massages and listens to the client’s body intuitively and therefore, applies different techniques according to the person’s needs.

She is qualified in Reflexology, Swedish massage, Aromatherapy, Bamboo Massage, Deep tissue, Sports Massage, Ayur massage Bio Mobilisation and Reiki.
Ayurmassage Bio Mobilisation is a dynamic massage that shares the knowledge of bodywork, massage, yoga and Breathwork so clients experience the best of themselves afterwards by releasing tension and emotions. This powerful method was developed by Master Kusum Modak in Pune after she studied traditional Ayurvedic massage and Iyengar yoga with B.K.S for many years.


Maku is a yoga teacher since 2015 and she travels to India where she has been learning and practicing since then. She is holding 200 hours with Deep Kumar and 300 hours in multi style yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Vijay Amar, 50 hours Iyengar yoga with the nephew of Swami Laskmanjoo in India. She also holds 50 hours Yin Yoga training with Sarah Lo and 50 hours Advanced Practices with Norman Blair since 2021.


Maku studied Shamanism in 2022 with the Four Winds School and her teachers are Alberto Villoldo and Marcela Lobos and she has been introducing since then the Rite of the Womb workshop which is one of the Rites of the Munay Ki. She offers Medicine Energy Healing according to the problem that the client brings forward and with her mesa works on the energy of the chakras.


Maku has also studied Sound Healing Massage with the Tibetan Singing Bowls in 2016 with the Shiva Ghiri’s school in India and holds a Sound Healing Certificate with the Sound Healing Academy. She also offers  Sound Baths with the Tibetan Singing Bowls as these are her passion. Her first singing bowl chose her when she was traveling in Nepal in 2002 and her singing bowls have been connected  with a ritual so all of the sounds are in tune with each other and to her.


She offers massages with the singing bowls which is an unique massage in itself as they are applied on top of the body in different positions and all around the client so the vibrations are in and around the person.
