You don’t NEED to bring anything at all. We supply towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers are available. If you choose, you may want to bring a hair brush, deoderant, body or face cream for after your float, if you choose.

We would recommend not shaving for at least 24 hours before floating (as the salt water can irritate the skin).

For an extra theapeutic boost you may want to consider having a treatment (such as massage) or attending a yoga class beforehand to help your mind, body and soul easily drop in to relaxation.

You may want to take it slow after your float so best to give yourself some time to relax afterwards without needing to rush off. Drink plenty of water and enjoy all the wonderful benefits of floating!

Nothing! We recommend floating naked to really get the sensory deprivation experience.

When you book an appointment you get 1 hour in the floatation tank itself. The appointment is 1.5 hours allowing for a shower before and after.

Not to worry, we have the only floatation cabin in Brighton at no extra cost.

Our luxurious cabin is big enough for two, or for one to float with lots of room. It’s an open pool about the size of a Jacuzzi with lots of little sparkly stars on the ceiling.

See our main floatation page for a picture.

Both our pod and cabin are beautifully crafted by Floataway.

Yes! The extremely high epsom salt content in the water means that you effortlessly float in the water. This is what makes it so much more therapeutic than a bath or other water.
