An affordable Vajrasati yoga class every Thursday lunch time to open and stretch the body/ mind.
Classes will explore classical yoga postures (some restorative, some stronger), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. Props are used, enabling everyone to participate and create space in the body safely and comfortably.
My approach is friendly, playful and joyful, with an emphasis on kindly awareness of our bodies as they are in the moment. My goal is for students to leave the class feeling lighter in body and mind, and for this to resonate throughout their daily lives.

I have been fascinated by yoga, Buddhism, spirituality and alternative therapies for over a decade. After years spent sitting in an office, I began travelling and this opened my eyes to the possibility of an alternative way of being in the world. Meditation retreats, Ayurvedic massage training and yoga teacher training followed and I now love living in Brighton, sharing my experience and learning more through teaching.
I love all elements of yoga: its philosophy, the exploration of body/mind through asana practice, meditation and mantra. I`ve practiced many styles and am now delighted to share Vajrasati due to its heart-opening and creative style that is grounded in the teachings of the ancient texts.
